Situated between Orange and Bathurst, New South Wales, Millthorpe is well worth a visit.

It is a charming 19th century village.  It is a great spot for a wander around the old buildings or perhaps to eat at Tonic Restaurant or the Old Mill Cafe.

See if you can resist the temptations of the lolly shop  (think humbugs, jelly beans, gob stoppers, chocolates, boiled lollies...... The aroma of those lollies is enough to make those with strong will power succumb.
